A: RETURNS

We guarantee all purchases made through spritzessentials.com.

• Please note we do not offer Exchanges nor accept any returns upon purchase
• We take pride in each of our products and are keen to know more about your decision to return our goods.

B: REFUNDS

• A refund will cannot be claimed regardless of the situation or circumstance.

C: CANCELLATION

We understand that our customers may change their mind after pressing the ‘Buy’ button. In such an event, customers can cancel order within 30mins. No questions asked.

D: DAMAGED GOODS

Goods once damaged, used/ partially used will not be refunded. Spritz Essentials reserves the right to not comply with the refund policy if reasonable doubt exists in relation to:

• Goods damaged – either by user or in transition
• Goods partially used – reflecting partial use
• Presence of malpractice or an intent or intention to do so
